First public release of Codex Reset Watch.

Includes the live Windows dashboard, timezone-aware reset deadlines, token usage calendar, PNG snapshot generator, model runway estimates, security guidance, and unified launcher.

Requires Windows PowerShell and a user-owned local Codex auth.json. Never upload auth.json or live PNG output.
