v0.4.0 - Window colors, clickable chat links, 15 new sounds

Window Colors — a fourth feature: give each VS Code window its own color (title, activity and status bars) from the new Colors panel in the sidebar (10 swatches + custom hex + Clear), or via the Benefit: Window Color commands. Written per-workspace through the official settings API — comments in .vscode/settings.json survive, and Clear removes only the managed keys.

Chat viewer file links work — clicking a file link opens the file in VS Code (with #L42 line jump), resolved against the conversation cwd and workspace folders; unresolvable paths are copied with a "Path copied" toast; the full path shows in a hover tooltip; web links open in the browser. Also fixed: bare filenames like extension.ts were auto-linked as web domains (.ts/.md are real TLDs) — fuzzy linkify is now off.

Sound library 17 → 32 — fifteen new effects (Pixabay + Mixkit), selectable for either event from the Sounds panel.

Install: download the .vsix below, then code --install-extension benefits-toolkit-0.4.0.vsix.
