Initial Release - Dependency Booster for Anki

Dependency Booster v0.1.0

This is the first public release of the Dependency Booster add-on for Anki, designed to improve language learning efficiency by automatically rescheduling vocabulary cards that are dependencies of failed sentence cards.

• Tag-based dependency detection - Links vocabulary cards to sentence cards using shared tags
• Automatic boosting - Optionally reschedules vocabulary cards after finishing a review session
• Manual boosting - Trigger dependency boosting on demand via the Tools menu
• AnkiDroid support - Process AnkiDroid reviews when you return to desktop Anki
• Customizable settings - Configure maturity threshold, review history period, and automatic boosting

Installation

1. Download the .ankiaddon file attached to this release
2. In Anki, go to Tools → Add-ons → Install from file...
3. Select the downloaded file
4. Restart Anki

Compatibility

• Tested with Anki 2.1.40+ through 2.1.66
• Compatible with Anki 25.02 (Qt 6.6.2)
