Updates install themselves

The update pane got a check button, and found updates install themselves. The
usual three choices are offered: install now, install when you quit, or remind
me later. Before this the app only opened the download page and left the
downloading, mounting, dragging and Gatekeeper dance to you.

Every update is verified against a public key built into the app, so a tampered
download is refused. Because the app is replaced from the inside rather than
downloaded through a browser, macOS does not ask about unverified software again
after the first install.

• The disk image now has a background with an arrow, so the window explains
  itself instead of relying on a text file
• Installation instructions corrected: Apple removed the right-click route in
  macOS 15, allowing the app now goes through System Settings

Installation

Lumina is signed but not notarized by Apple, so macOS blocks it on first launch with
"Apple could not verify ... is free of malware".

To allow it:

1. Double-click Lumina, click Done in the warning (not "Move to Trash")
2. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security
3. Scroll to the Security section, click Open Anyway next to Lumina and confirm
   with your password
4. Double-click Lumina again and confirm once more

This is needed only once. Later updates install themselves from inside the app and skip
this step entirely.

The old right-click trick no longer works; Apple removed it in macOS 15.

In the terminal, one step:
