Glitchlet 0.4.0
Glitchlet can now be run as a PWA. Users will be able to install a standalone version of the application for working on projects offline. On the first visit, a service worker will download all of the required assets and store them in the application cache. If the user loses connectivity, the app can still be launched and they'll be able to continue working on any locally-saved projects.
Publishing, viewing published files, and viewing template files is disabled in the app UI when a network connection is lost.
