HTTP/3 streams already open keep working after a GOAWAY, sent or
received (RFC 9114 Section 5.2). quic_h3:cancel/2,3 sent nothing, the
peer's RESET_STREAM and STOP_SENDING were never reported, and calls such
as send_trailers/3, send_response/4 or get_quic_conn/1 waited out
their timeout. Only new requests are refused. A call the connection
does not know is answered with {error, unknown_call} in every live
state instead of being dropped.
GOAWAY from both endpoints. A server that had sent GOAWAY closed with
H3_ID_ERROR when the client answered with its own, or rejected every
new stream. The identifier the peer sent is now kept apart from the one
we sent, either side can answer the other's GOAWAY with quic_h3:goaway/1, and a server refuses new pushes once the client's
GOAWAY arrives.
