First Official Release

This is the initial public release of Markerator, a static website generator that reads in Markdown files, and CSS themes, and generates a pure HTML 5 and CSS static website with no Javascript, no Cookies, and no Storage. Basic usage, as well as the documentation for the CSS file format are all detailed in the README.md file.
