UsageLoop keeps the normal Codex five-hour reset clock moving with one guarded minimal request when a new window is actually needed. It does not add quota.

  • Fixes Continuous mode getting stranded when Codex reports an exhausted window just before reset.
  • Recovers missed boundaries after sleep or restart while preserving exactly-once trigger guards.
  • Consolidates older Window Sentinel installs into the canonical per-user UsageLoop folder without clearing state.
  • Repairs diagnostic-summary copying and aligns weekly status with the 99% protection threshold.
  • Adds clean Windows install, migration, single-instance, startup, and uninstall acceptance coverage.

Windows note: this installer is not code-signed, so Microsoft Defender SmartScreen may show an Unknown publisher warning. Download it only from this release and verify it against the attached SHA-256 file.
