Fixes a Windows integration bug affecting upgrades from older UsageLoop and Window Sentinel installs.

  • Restores a stable UsageLoop shortcut so Start and Search can find the app after it closes.
  • Updates Installed Apps to show UsageLoop 1.0.2, publisher UsageLoop, and the UsageLoop icon.
  • Preserves existing settings, schedule, startup choice, and history.

No Codex automation or quota behavior changed.
