This fixes two Windows integration problems:

  • Opening UsageLoop from Start or Search now restores the copy already running in the tray.
  • The installer repairs stale UsageLoop entries in Installed Apps and points uninstall back to the current program folder.

No Codex provider, rollover, scheduling, or Manual Sync behavior changed.
