Repository navigation
1.7.1 - NextGen sidebar, vault/project dashboard, historical reporting
What's new in v1.7.1
NextGen sidebar
A new opt-in sidebar layout (Settings → Sidebar appearance → NextGen). Icon rail navigation (Today / Overview / Settings), a 7-day activity heatmap that shows not just how much you worked but when, and colored KPI tiles with trend sparklines for the 7-day and report-period views. Classic stays exactly as-is by default — NextGen is fully opt-in.
Dashboard: Projects view (Vault Token Usage Controlling)
Token usage broken down by vault and sub-project, not just machine-wide totals. See exactly which client project, vault, or workspace consumed how many tokens and when — sortable overview and day-by-vault detail tables, plus a standalone Vault_Token_Usage_Projects.md export for client billing.
Redesigned dashboard
Five KPI cards up top (weekly forecast, limit health, cache efficiency, daily velocity, focus score), a week status bar with a 3-day rolling forecast against your billing week, a period dropdown (30/60/180/360 days) that re-slices instantly with no regeneration, and a new Reports tab mirroring the Markdown report.
Historical reporting beyond 30 days
Daily usage is now archived directly in your vault, so 60/90+ day views keep working even after Claude Code rolls its own local session logs off disk.
Configurable Claude data retention
Read and set Claude Code's own cleanupPeriodDays right from the plugin settings — no manual JSON editing.
In-app "What's new" popup
After updating, a short summary of the latest changes appears once. Reopen it anytime via the Command Palette → "Show what's new".
