aMIR-mini 0.1.22

This release records four product rules that look like defects and are not, and adds live HTTP tests.

Product rules

  • A failed or corrupt queue.json read is an empty FIFO. Only a failed write ERRORs the ticket and returns inbound 503.
  • After a successful GitLab PAT fetch, the kept review origin keeps oauth2:@ so later /ask can fetch the same tree. Azure still uses a public origin. Ticket clones still scrub.
  • Windows Restart Manager runs as sys.executable -c. The packaged exe does not implement -c, so holder lookup can miss and a leftover clone may block the next ticket. python -m still runs the helper.
  • If writing review_queue.json fails after the history row is saved, submit raises and the webhook is 500. The live queued row stays. That is not the n8n 503 path. Overlay is only for a failed terminal history write.

Tests

  • Real TCP HTTP break suite against a live uvicorn listener: bad and good POST /jobs, same-ticket 409 races, auth, GitLab/Azure webhooks, one-shot callbacks, path traversal, raw sockets, and a real-worker clone failure that must leave the process up.
  • Daily-usage probes: poller JSON vs SPA, inbound userinfo scrub, clone delete at job end, live-ticket 409, and placeholder session chat.

No change to n8n POST /jobs runtime or review webhook commands.

Linux onefile zips no longer use the -exe suffix. Settings webhook URLs still use an ip placeholder.

What you get

  • Linux files are amir-mini-0.1.21-linux-x64.zip and amir-mini-0.1.21-linux-ubuntu-*-x64.zip
  • Windows stays amir-mini-0.1.21-windows-x64-exe.zip
  • Service zips are unchanged (*-service.zip)
  • Settings hook URLs are http://<ip>:4096/amirmini/webhook/... (replace <ip> with an address GitLab or Azure can reach)

How to run from the Windows exe zip

  • Extract the zip and keep every file in that folder
  • Run install-review-agent.bat once
  • Git and the OpenCode CLI stay on PATH
  • Edit settings.local.yaml next to the exe, then start the binary

Same 0.1.18 review and n8n path. Settings webhook URLs no longer show 127.0.0.1.

What you get

  • Settings GitLab and Azure hook URLs are http://<ip>:4096/amirmini/webhook/...
  • Replace <ip> with an address GitLab or Azure can reach
  • Review tokens, GitLab assign, and Linux *-exe.zip names are unchanged from 0.1.18

How to run from the Windows exe zip

  • Extract the zip and keep every file in that folder
  • Run install-review-agent.bat once
  • Git and the OpenCode CLI stay on PATH
  • Edit settings.local.yaml next to the exe, then start the binary

Same 0.1.17 overlay (gitlab_webhook_secret: tank, tokens stay so notes post). Review clone can use machine git creds if the PAT fails. n8n-poller wait follows timeout and retry_count.

What you get

  • Review git tries the settings PAT first. An auth failure retries with Windows GCM (then one username/password dialog) or the Linux credential helper. Both failing ends the job.
  • Ticket POST /jobs clones are unchanged.
  • n8n-poller no longer has poll_max_seconds. It polls until the job is done or timeout * retry_count + 1800 seconds (clone wall clock).
  • n8n-callback Wait uses the same +1800 buffer.
  • First-job session_id "-1" in the n8n prompt is treated as a new session (sourceBranch), not a resume.
  • Re-import n8n-poller.json (and n8n-callback.json if you use it).

How to run from the Windows exe zip

  • Extract the zip and keep every file in that folder
  • Run install-review-agent.bat once
  • Git and the OpenCode CLI stay on PATH
  • Edit settings.local.yaml next to the exe, then start the binary
  • Point the GitLab hook at this process and set X-Gitlab-Token to tank (or change the secret)

Same review path as 0.1.14, including gitlab_token and azure_token so notes still post. Shipped settings.local.yaml no longer lists webhook URLs or skip_draft_mrs. The GitLab hook secret default is tank.

What you get

  • settings.local.yaml in the exe and service zips has gitlab_webhook_secret: tank
  • webhook_gitlab_url and webhook_azure_url are not in that file. Copy those from the Settings page if you need them
  • skip_draft_mrs is not in the overlay. The code default is still true (skip auto-open on draft MRs)
  • gitlab_url, gitlab_token, azure_url, and azure_token stay in the overlay so review can post notes
  • An old webhook_secret key still loads as the GitLab hook secret

How to run from the Windows exe zip

  • Extract the zip and keep every file in that folder
  • Run install-review-agent.bat once
  • Git and the OpenCode CLI stay on PATH
  • Edit settings.local.yaml next to the exe, then start the binary
  • Point the GitLab hook at this process and set X-Gitlab-Token to tank (or change the secret)

Report issue can pack several jobs in one zip. The zip includes more process context. Job-detail Result code is the envelope, not an n8n POST.

What you get

  • Sidebar Report issue can include up to 10 jobs, or stay a general report if none are selected. Job detail still reports one job.
  • The zip has a longer SUMMARY, chat stats, a timeline, an app.log excerpt, fuller chat.md, and one folder per selected job.
  • Process extras in the zip include manager ready/stopping, n8n vs review slots, review queue, service logs, and serve-log sizes. Secrets and callback URLs stay out.
  • The job Details card labels 200 / 500 / 504 as Result code, not Callback. Poll vs callback is unchanged.
  • CI pytest skips live OpenCode tests when the binary is not on the runner.

How to run from the Windows exe zip

  • Extract the zip and keep every file in that folder
  • Run install-review-agent.bat once
  • Git and the OpenCode CLI stay on PATH
  • Edit settings.local.yaml next to the exe, then start the binary

Daily-use fixes.

Git no longer treats a ticket folder like KAN-401 as HTTP 401, so a clone error does not pop the Windows credential dialog.

Queued jobs persist the public repo URL. Inbound user:pass@ is not written to queue.json.

The ticket Prompts tab lists only prompts OSM actually POSTed. A clone failure no longer shows ORIGINAL as if OpenCode ran.

Live jobs whose history JSON exceeds 50 MB still answer the n8n poller and still 409 a second POST for the same ticket.

The jobs list no longer includes chat transcripts. Job-detail chat is unchanged.

A blank OpenCode stub assistant is not hang progress. A frozen busy session can hang-retry instead of waiting out the attempt clock.

Unknown-model detect looks at this turn only. A previous ProviderModelNotFoundError on a resumed session does not fail the new job.

Compact recap (finish=stop, summary=true) and OpenCode's synthetic Continue are waited on. They are not treated as job success or a compact-loop leftover.

A failed review start-save after dequeue no longer freezes that MR FIFO.

Hardening for daily review and support zips.

What you get

  • Azure clone/fetch no longer put the PAT on git argv
  • Review queue writes are atomic (same as n8n queue.json)
  • Logs and Report issue zips redact query tokens, slash PATs, and API keys
  • Compacting is treated as busy so a compact stub is not posted as the review
  • /message fallback keeps job_id on the FAIL line
  • Report zip starts with SUMMARY.txt (status, error, last FAIL lines)
  • Ubuntu zip set unchanged (18.04-24.04; linux-x64 is 22.04)

How to run from the Windows exe zip

  • Extract the zip and keep every file in that folder
  • Run install-review-agent.bat once
  • Git and the OpenCode CLI stay on PATH
  • Edit settings.local.yaml next to the exe, then start the binary

Dashboard and review-agent updates for a live try.

What you get

  • Settings shows GitLab and Azure webhook URLs to copy
  • Review jobs use the MR title on the list and job detail
  • Prompt tab shows the posted review prompt (and records ORIGINAL / HANG_RESUME)
  • All hides queued jobs; they stay on Queue
  • opencoderman is latest main (Turkish findings JSON title/body). Run install-review-agent again
  • Same Ubuntu zip set as 0.1.10 (18.04 / 20.04 / 22.04 / 24.04; linux-x64 is 22.04)

How to run from the Windows exe zip

  • Extract the zip and keep every file in that folder
  • Run install-review-agent.bat once
  • Git and the OpenCode CLI stay on PATH
  • Edit settings.local.yaml next to the exe, then start the binary

Linux operators pick a zip built on their Ubuntu. The old single linux-x64 zip was Ubuntu 24.04 and could fail to start on other hosts.

Downloads

  • amir-mini-0.1.10-windows-x64-exe.zip / windows-x64-service.zip
  • amir-mini-0.1.10-linux-ubuntu-18.04-x64-exe.zip (and -service.zip)
  • amir-mini-0.1.10-linux-ubuntu-20.04-x64-exe.zip (and -service.zip)
  • amir-mini-0.1.10-linux-ubuntu-22.04-x64-exe.zip (and -service.zip)
  • amir-mini-0.1.10-linux-ubuntu-24.04-x64-exe.zip (and -service.zip)
  • amir-mini-0.1.10-linux-x64-exe.zip / linux-x64-service.zip — same as Ubuntu 22.04

What you get

  • One Linux onefile per Ubuntu LTS
  • Linux binary does not bundle libz.so.1
  • Review still waits for GET /session after serve health (0.1.9)

How to run from the Windows exe zip

  • Extract the zip and keep every file in that folder
  • Run install-review-agent.bat once
  • Git and the OpenCode CLI stay on PATH
  • Edit settings.local.yaml next to the exe, then start the binary
