DiffRail keeps repository changes inside explicit file boundaries.

  • The CLI, Rust package, plugin, marketplace, and portable skill now use diffrail.
  • The default policy file is .diffrail.yml.
  • GitHub Action and installation examples use v0.2.0.

This pre-launch breaking rename preserves existing behavior and policy semantics. Update command names, policy paths, and installation references when upgrading.
