This maintenance release refreshes RepoDoctor's GitHub Actions and test infrastructure.

Compatibility

The updated GitHub Actions use Node.js 24. GitHub-hosted runners are supported. Users of self-hosted runners should update their runner before moving to berkcantmr/RepoDoctor@v0.5.0.

The RepoDoctor CLI continues to target .NET 8 and retains the existing command-line behavior and exit codes.

• Adds NuGet project, repository, copyright, search-tag, and release-note metadata.
• Adds a manually triggered trusted-publishing workflow with GitHub OIDC.
• Validates that the requested immutable tag matches the package version before publishing.
• Rebuilds and tests the tagged source before requesting a short-lived NuGet credential.
• Keeps the GitHub Action and CLI behavior introduced in v0.3.0.

The NuGet workflow requires a repository variable named NUGET_USER and a nuget.org trusted-publishing policy for berkcantmr/RepoDoctor and publish-nuget.yml. It stores no long-lived API key.

The Action installs the repository-pinned .NET SDK and runs RepoDoctor from the tagged source. Pin the full v0.3.0 tag for reproducible builds.

RepoDoctor is a local, offline repository-readiness checker, not a security scanner or a certification service.

• 14 repository checks with actionable recommendations.
• JSON configuration: disable selected checks, exclude directory names, set a minimum score.

• CI threshold, strict mode and discoverable check IDs.
• Pruned dependency/build directories, skipped symlinks and bounded traversal.

Requires the .NET 8 SDK for installation and .NET 8 runtime for execution. This release does not publish to NuGet.org automatically.

Compatibility: the default scan now includes 14 checks (previously 10), so scores and strict-mode outcomes may change. Existing check IDs and exit codes remain stable.
