WinCoot 1.1.07 beta

First WinCoot 1.1 release.
No installer as yet.

To run:
Unzip and run wincoot.bat

Known limitations:

• no scripts are automatically read on start-up, i.e. no preferences and state files
• ligand builder (layla) crashes WinCoot
• may not exit cleanly
