New beforeEach() / afterEach() and beforeAll() / afterAll() functions to run code before or after tests.

They can be declared at the top level of a file or inside a describe() block:

• beforeEach() / afterEach(): Run before/after every it() in the same and nested describe() blocks.
• beforeAll() / afterAll(): Run once before/after all tests in the same describe() block (or, at the top level, once before/after the whole file).

Fix CLI to be compliant to frida

Release v0.2.0 improved the CLI. It uses the same flags to connect to a remote Frida device and the target app as Frida does.

Future releases will comply with semantic versioning:

• MAJOR version when incompatible API changes are made
• MINOR version when functionality added in a backward compatible manner
• PATCH version when backward compatible bug fixes

It was originally developed to test the Frida agent code used in frooky.

frida-test can now be used as a standalone unit test framework.
