Per-host Don't log; compact menus

• New "Don't log this session" option per host (New SSH Connection, New Serial Console, Add / Edit Host, Add Hosts). It syncs with SheepTerm for Mac.
• Menus are sized to their content instead of being extra wide.

Icons on every PC; smooth popup corners

• Fixed icons and the app picture missing on some PCs: fonts and images are now built into SheepTerm.exe.
• Smooth, anti-aliased corners on alerts, forms, menus and popups.
• Menus are one even colour from top to bottom.

Single-file SheepTerm.exe

• SheepTerm is now a single SheepTerm.exe: the Swift runtime DLLs are gone from the folder.
• Sync talks to Google through Windows' own HTTP stack.
• Fixed a crash when joining an existing Sync vault in the single-file build.

Portable build: unzip, run SheepTerm.exe. SSH, serial and local shells, per-vendor highlighting, snippets, session logs, and optional encrypted sync through your own Google Drive.

• Fixes the Sync passphrase screen getting stuck on "Working out the key..." and tidies its layout.
• Adds Help > About with version and licences.
• Development builds no longer touch your Desktop or Start Menu shortcuts.
• Updates keep your Data folder.
