CMS initialization now skips writes when the configured content type is unchanged. Cold starts retain content-type timestamps and serialized output, reducing downstream ISR churn. Changed names, descriptions, schemas, form field ordering and legacy configuration still migrate normally.
Includes 10 synchronization regression tests. All CI, framework E2E checks, packed-consumer checks and both Vercel deployments passed on c15d39e; the final review has no findings.
Publishes @btst/stack 3.1.2 and @btst/codegen 3.1.2 through the verified paired release workflow.
