BetterTelegram.exe - v1.3.4

Fixed a bug with red-square appearing for certain users at the time of login, related to the setup path not being set properly.
Fixed a bug for certain PC's, especially those that run BetterTelegram as admin, the process environment path was incorrect defaulting to "default" user which didnt exist in certain cases either.
Updated the UI experience at the time of app setup to enforce selecting the Telegram.exe file path, without bypassing from closing the openFile dialog window.

Known bugs: certain ISP's block bettertelegram.com (strangely) even though it's on Cloudflare, and as such the login response doesnt always return or it says that the HTTPS certificate TLS version is mismatched -- if this happens, try to change to a new VPN server (switzerland on mullvad works best)
