Outcasts AppPromoVideo v0.1.2

Download the installer for your OS from Assets below.
The macOS build is Apple Silicon (aarch64) only — Intel Macs are not supported. It is signed and notarized.

What's new

You can see that a run is still working

  • While analysis and scene planning run, the center pane now shows a spinning indicator, the stages (read repository → analyze → plan scenes → reference images, the last only when image generation is on), the elapsed time, and the latest progress line. The run button's arrow spins as well. Previously the screen looked frozen for the minutes an LLM run can take.
  • With reduced motion enabled, the animation stops and the elapsed time keeps showing progress.

The cost chip says what it counts

  • The chip in the result header now reads LLM 1.234 USD. Hovering explains that it is the LLM cost of analysis and scene planning and does not include reference image generation.

Anthropic keys and CLI kinds

  • agy never receives Anthropic keys. ANTHROPIC_API_KEY / ANTHROPIC_AUTH_TOKEN are always removed from its environment. Before, they were passed to agy whenever "Use OAuth login" was off.
  • The "Use OAuth login" switch and the Anthropic sections of the auth diagnostics are shown only for claude. For agy, aider, and custom CLIs they are hidden, and the progress log no longer prints Anthropic authentication lines.
  • Behavior change for aider / custom: Anthropic keys are now always passed through as environment variables (aider reads ANTHROPIC_API_KEY), and the saved switch no longer applies to them. If you had the switch on, those CLIs will now receive the keys.

Clearer diagnostics with agy

  • When one of agy's tools fails, the progress log shows the failure and its reason (ツール失敗: … — log lines are in Japanese). The watchdog stops agy when it falls back to a shell command; that line now tells you why it did.

Small changes

  • The repository field's placeholder is now "Enter the path here" instead of an example Windows path.

実行中であることが分かるように

  • 解析とシーン構成の実行中、中央のペインに回る矢印・段 (リポジトリを読む → 解析 → シーン構成 → 参照画像。参照画像は画像生成が ON のときだけ)・経過時間・最新の進捗 1 行を出すようにしました。実行ボタンの矢印も回ります。LLM の実行は数分かかることがあり、これまでは画面が固まって見えていました。
  • 視差効果を減らす設定では回転を止め、経過時間で進んでいることを示します。

費用の表示が何の費用かを示すように

  • 結果の見出しの表示を LLM 1.234 USD にしました。ホバーすると、解析とシーン構成で LLM にかかった費用であり、参照画像の生成は含まないことが出ます。

Anthropic の鍵と CLI の種類

  • agy には Anthropic の鍵を渡しません。 ANTHROPIC_API_KEY / ANTHROPIC_AUTH_TOKEN を常に環境変数から外します。これまでは「OAuth ログインを使う」が OFF のとき agy にも渡っていました。
  • 「OAuth ログインを使う」スイッチと、認証の診断の Anthropic の項目は claude のときだけ出します。 agy / aider / カスタムでは出さず、進捗ログにも Anthropic の認証の行を出しません。
  • aider / カスタムの挙動の変更: Anthropic の鍵は常に環境変数として引き継ぎます (aider は ANTHROPIC_API_KEY を読みます)。保存済みのスイッチはこれらには効きません。スイッチを ON にしていた場合、この版からこれらの CLI に鍵が渡ります。

agy の診断を分かりやすく

  • agy のツールが失敗すると、進捗ログに ツール失敗: … と理由を出します。agy がシェルのコマンドに逃げると見張りが停止させますが、その直前に何が起きたかがこの行で分かります。

細かな変更

  • リポジトリ欄の入力例を、Windows のパスの例から「ここにパスを入力して下さい」に変えました。
