The macOS build is Apple Silicon (aarch64) only — Intel Macs are not supported. It is signed and notarized.

What's new

Prompts written for MiniMax H3

  • motion_prompt now follows the official MiniMax H3 image-to-video (I2VA) format: the alignment line, then integrated_multimodal_description: [Shot 1], overall_soundscape: and non_diegetic_music:. The app fills in any section the LLM leaves out.
  • Each shot anchors the first frame, then names one camera move with its amplitude and speed. Product cuts get a fixed sentence that keeps the app screen and its text unchanged, with light, reflections and depth of field adding the motion.
  • Narration of the copy line is written as an off-screen voiceover.
  • A sentence quoting the caption is added only when the app actually burns a caption into the image, with the position it used. If caption burning is off, the prompt says nothing about a caption.
  • Each scene is now at least 4 seconds (the H3 minimum). A 15-second video has 3 scenes.
  • These changes apply to newly planned runs. Older runs keep their prompts.

Screen inset size

  • The size slider is marked at native size (100%). Going beyond it is labeled "upscale (blurry)" and stretches the screenshot. Before, the slider moved past the point where the inset stopped growing.

Progress pane can be hidden

  • A new title-bar button shows or hides the progress log on the right. With it hidden, the results pane gets the extra width. Errors still appear in the input pane, and the latest progress line still shows in the results pane while a run is going. The setting is remembered.

CLI settings

  • The model name is remembered per CLI kind. Switching from claude to agy no longer passes a claude model name (such as opus) to agy. A model name saved by an earlier version is kept only for the kind that was selected when it was saved. For agy, use an ID from agy models (for example claude-opus-5-5-high).
  • With agy, the prompt now names the read-only tools to use and asks it not to use shell commands. The watchdog still stops agy if it does.

Fixes

  • Dropping one image onto the snapshot strip no longer adds it four times.
  • scenes.md is now rewritten whenever promo.json is, and its snapshot numbers are the ones actually composited. The snapshot chip in the results pane follows the same rule. Snapshot numbers shown to people now start at 1 everywhere.
  • On Windows, the installed app no longer opens an empty console window when it starts the CLI.

変更点

MiniMax H3 向けのプロンプト

  • motion_prompt を MiniMax H3 の画像からの動画 (I2VA) の公式の書式にしました。冒頭の対応づけの 1 行のあと、integrated_multimodal_description: [Shot 1] / overall_soundscape: / non_diegetic_music: が続きます。LLM が書き漏らした欄はアプリが補います。
  • 各カットは最初の 1 コマを押さえてから、カメラの動きを 1 つ、振れ幅と速さを添えて書きます。画面のカットには、アプリの画面と文字を変えずに保つ固定の 1 文が付き、動きは光・反射・被写界深度で出します。
  • コピー文のナレーションを画面外のボイスオーバーとして書きます。
  • 見出しを引用する 1 文は、アプリが実際に画像へ見出しを焼いた時だけ、焼いた位置で入ります。見出しの焼き込みが OFF なら、プロンプトは見出しに触れません。
  • 1 シーンは 4 秒以上になりました (H3 の最短)。15 秒の動画は 3 シーンです。
  • これらは新しく構成した run から効きます。以前の run のプロンプトはそのままです。

はめ込みの大きさ

  • 大きさのつまみに等倍 (100%) の目盛りを付けました。越えると「拡大 (ぼやける)」と出て、スクリーンショットを引き伸ばします。これまではつまみが動いても、ある大きさから先は変わりませんでした。

進捗ペインを隠せるように

  • タイトルバーのボタンで、右の進捗ログを出し入れできます。隠すと結果のペインが広がります。エラーは入力ペインに、実行中の最新の進捗 1 行は結果のペインに引き続き出ます。状態は次回も残ります。

CLI の設定

  • モデル名を CLI の種類ごとに覚えます。 claude から agy に切り替えても、claude 用のモデル名 (opus など) が agy に渡らなくなりました。以前の版で保存したモデル名は、保存した時に選んでいた種類の分としてだけ残ります。agy には agy models の ID (例 claude-opus-5-5-high) を入れてください。
  • agy では、使う読み取りツールをプロンプトで名指し、シェルのコマンドを使わないよう伝えます。使った場合は従来どおり見張りが停止させます。

修正

  • スナップショットの帯に画像を 1 回ドロップすると 4 枚並ぶ不具合を直しました。
  • scenes.md を promo.json といつも揃えて書き直し、表のスナップショット番号は実際に合成したものになりました。結果のペインのスナップショットの表示も同じです。人に見せる番号はどこでも 1 始まりにしました。
  • Windows でインストールしたアプリが CLI を起動する時に、空のコンソールの窓を開かなくなりました。
