The blackboard becomes a task board

v0.3.2 is the first 0.3 release. The v0.3.0 and v0.3.1 tags were never published (their CI failed on macOS and Linux).

Servants write the blackboard with their own tool

Until now, the blackboard only worked if your village ordinance explained its rules. A new village has an empty ordinance, so servants in a new village never wrote a single note.

Servants now get a built-in blackboard tool that carries the rules itself, so notes get written even when the ordinance says nothing. The tool can list the board, read notes, write a note for a new job, append to it, move it between states, and send it to the trash. A servant can change only its own notes.

• One note per job, stored at blackboard/<state>/<servant id> - <job>.md. The file name uses the servant's id, not its display name, so renaming a servant no longer detaches its notes.
• Three states: In progress (doing), On hold (on-hold), Done (done). A finished note stays put. To redo the work, start a new job.
• The tool is on for every servant. To take it away from one servant, uncheck "Write notes on the blackboard" in its settings. That servant can still read the board.
• blackboard/ is fenced. file, sd and yq refuse to write under it and point to the blackboard tool instead. Reading still works, and so does copying a note out.
• Deleting a servant sends its notes to the trash. Ids are reused after deletion, so a new servant could otherwise pick up someone else's notes.
• まとめ.md no longer gets special treatment.

The Blackboard tab shows columns by state

• Notes are laid out in the columns In progress → On hold → Done, and a colored dot marks each column (green, yellow, blue). Notes directly under blackboard/ go to a No state column, and notes in any other folder go to Other: . Both columns appear only when they have notes.
• A note's heading is "display name - job". Hover over it to see the id and the file name.
• Badges show the owner's situation: in motion, your turn (waiting on your plan review), stopped, stopped by a failure, owner not found or owner is on another work folder. The same job written into two states is marked duplicate.
• A Clear the done notes button sends only the Done column to the trash, after asking you first. Other columns stay.
• Notes can be collapsed to their heading line, and stay collapsed when you switch tabs.

Smaller changes

• The Work status tab now tells you when a plan is waiting for your review. Its label turns the accent color and shows a count, even while you are looking at the Blackboard.

What you take on

• Notes in the old layout are orphaned. A note like blackboard/<display name>.md shows in No state marked owner not found. Servants cannot move or edit it, because they can change only notes named with their own id. Clear old notes by hand once you no longer need them.
• Update your ordinance if it describes the old blackboard rules. An ordinance that tells servants to write blackboard/<name>.md with file now contradicts the tool. The write is refused, and the servant usually switches to the tool within the same turn, but that costs one round. The ordinance only needs to cover practice now, such as when to read the board and moving a note to done before the final report.
• The fence does not cover run. A command you have allowed in run.json can still change files under blackboard/.
• The tool is on by default. Every servant with a work folder gets it, and its description adds to every turn's prompt. Uncheck it for servants that do not need the board.

黒板がタスクボードになりました

v0.3.2 は 0.3 系で最初のリリースです。v0.3.0 と v0.3.1 のタグは、macOS と Linux の CI が落ちたため公開していません。

サーヴァントが専用のツールで黒板に書くようになりました

これまで黒板が動くのは、条例に黒板の決まりを書いてある村だけでした。新しい村の条例は空なので、新しい村では付箋が 1 枚も書かれませんでした。

サーヴァントに同梱ツール blackboard を足しました。決まりはツールそのものが持っているので、条例に何も書いていなくても付箋が書かれます。ツールでできることは、盤面の一覧、付箋を読む、新しい仕事の付箋を書く、追記する、状態を移す、ごみ箱へ送る、の 6 つです。書き換えられるのは自分の付箋だけです。

• 付箋は仕事ごとに 1 枚で、置き場は blackboard/<状態>/<サーヴァントの id> - <仕事名>.md です。ファイル名には表示名ではなく id を使うので、サーヴァントを改名しても付箋が持ち主から外れません。
• 状態は 進行中（doing）/ 保留（on-hold）/ 完了（done）の 3 つです。完了した付箋は動かせません。やり直すときは、新しい仕事として付箋を書きます。
• ツールはすべてのサーヴァントに出ます。 使わせたくない個体は、設定の 「黒板に付箋を書く」 を外してください。外しても黒板を読むことはできます。
• blackboard/ の下は囲いました。 file / sd / yq で書き換えようとすると断られ、blackboard ツールへ案内されます。読み取りと、付箋を外へ写す複製はできます。
• サーヴァントを削除すると、その個体の付箋はごみ箱へ送られます。 削除した id は次に作る個体に使い回されるので、残しておくと新しい個体が他人の付箋を自分のものとして読んでしまうためです。
• まとめ.md を特別に扱う決まりはなくなりました。

黒板タブは状態ごとの列で並びます

• 付箋は 進行中 → 保留 → 完了 の列に並び、列の丸印は緑・黄・青です。blackboard/ の直下にある付箋は 状態なし、3 つ以外のフォルダにある付箋は その他: <フォルダ名> の列に出ます。この 2 つの列は付箋があるときだけ出ます。
• 付箋の見出しは「表示名 - 仕事名」です。マウスを乗せると id とファイル名が出ます。
• 持ち主の状況はバッジで出ます。動いている / あなたの手番（あなたが計画を確認するのを待っている）/ 停止中 / 失敗で停止 / 持ち主が見つからない / 持ち主は別の作業フォルダ の 6 つです。同じ仕事の付箋が 2 つの状態にあるときは 重複 の印が付きます。
• 完了の付箋を消す ボタンで、完了の列の付箋だけをごみ箱へ送れます。消す前に確認が出て、他の列はそのまま残ります。
• 付箋は見出し行だけに畳めます。タブを切り替えても畳んだままです。

小さな変更

• 計画の確認待ちがあると、作業状況 タブがそれを知らせます。ラベルが強調色になり件数が出るので、黒板タブを見ている間も気づけます。

利用者が負う条件

• 旧い形の付箋は持ち主のいない付箋になります。 blackboard/<表示名>.md のような付箋は 状態なし の列に 持ち主が見つからない として出ます。サーヴァントは自分の id の付箋しか書き換えられないので、これを動かすことも直すこともできません。要らなくなったら手で消してください。
• 条例に旧い黒板の決まりを書いている村は、条例を直してください。 「file で blackboard/<名前>.md に書く」という条例はツールと食い違います。その書き込みは断られます。サーヴァントはたいてい同じターンのうちにツールへ切り替えますが、そのぶん 1 周余計にかかります。条例に残すのは運用だけで足ります。たとえば、いつ黒板を読むか、最終報告の前に付箋を完了へ移す、などです。
• 囲いは run には掛かっていません。 run.json で許可したコマンドは、blackboard/ の下も書き換えられます。
• ツールは既定でオンです。 作業フォルダを持つサーヴァントには必ず出て、その説明文が毎ターンのプロンプトに乗ります。黒板を使わないサーヴァントは設定で外してください。
