Added

• T3 invention now supports decryptors. The T3 (relic) Invention tab has a new
  "by decryptor" table — compare success odds, BPC runs, ME/TE and net profit across
  decryptors for the chosen relic quality, and the calculator auto-picks the best
  relic-tier + decryptor pair for your build.
• The character menu shows the app version and has a Check for updates row —
  it always answers: up to date, update available (one click to install), or
  can't reach the update server.
• Your saved settings (plan, favorites, prices, skills) now migrate automatically
  when the app updates — upgrading from any older version keeps your data.

Changed

• Build settings (runs, buy/build choices, decryptor, relic tier, BPC cost) are
  now saved per item — they survive switching items and restarting the app.
  Entering a BPC price no longer evaporates when you click another item.

Fixed

• The Plan now computes every item with the exact same inputs as the Build tab —
  including the BPC cost and the chosen relic tier, which it previously ignored
  (plan profits looked too optimistic for T3 / contract-blueprint items).
• T3 invented blueprints are now costed at their real ME 2 / TE 4 (the base a
  successful T3 invention produces) instead of ME 0 / TE 0 — so T3 material cost and
  profit are more accurate.
