• repocheck now does a git fetch by default for each repo ensuring that the sync status is up to date
• --no-fetch flag to disable running git fetch for each repo
• improved performance when running repocheck against a large number of repos
• added completion subcommand to output shell completions for a defined shell. ex: repocheck completion bash

Fixes:

• fix repos with errors being shown in output (warning error logs for those repos will still be output to stderr)
