Add missing Tailwind palette colors

as of writing, these colors are missing from bevy's bevy_color tailwind palettes:

• taupe
• mauve
• mist
• olive

What problem does this solve or what need does it fill?

adding this allow more easy access to good colors for ui theming

What solution would you like?

Adding these so we are synced with tailwinds website

What alternative(s) have you considered?

manually adding these colors per-project

We probably want to re-generate the entire palette. I think there were changes to the tailwind palette other than these additions with version 4.

This might be hovering on the edge of over-engineering, but there's probably a clean way to have this generate the color consts automatically. We could have the json and generation code (or a macro) as part of the bevy project. Then any future updates would just need to update the json and the next build would pick up the latest changes
