⚠️ 這是早期公開測試版本（snapshot），不是穩定版。Phase 1 Must Have 已完成，但 docs/spec.md 仍為 Review 狀態，這也是這個 Release workflow 第一次真正端到端執行過。版號與內容之後可能有破壞性變更，正式生產使用前請自行評估風險。
