We have a number of people creating new accounts when they should not, this adds to the workload of the moderation team. Please add the following bullet points to the account creation screen, ideally to the left of the form so people see it and read it first.
Careful! If you already have an account please don't create new ones, we don't allow smurfing/alt-accounts and they will be banned once detected.
- If you need to rename there is a rename button in the account management section
- If you are unable to access your account you can request password reset via the account management section or open a ticket on the discord
- If you have had your main account moderated, creating new accounts to evade that moderation will result in more severe action
- If you need to have multiple accounts for some reason please open a ticket to have the account(s) flagged to prevent automated systems banning any alternates
