aep doctor reports whether a checkout is in a state the other verbs will accept — the binary's version, .engineering/project.yaml, the protocols: source it names, the planning store (through artifact validate's own accumulation), each --plugin-dir or AEP_DRIVE_PLUGIN_DIR directory, and the newest bare-version tag reachable from HEAD — one line each as ok/warn/fail, exit 1 on any fail. It fixes nothing, reads no clock and opens no connection: a pinned git+…#<40-hex> source is checked for shape and for a cached snapshot, never fetched. Asked for by the second adopter, whose report ended "I am still unsure if I even used them properly".
The epic, story and specification templates seed an ## Ambiguities section. Each gap is classified inferable, with the path:line or artifact id that settles it, or requires-stakeholder-input, with who decides — and the second kind is raised as a decision-blocker with a blocks edge to the artifact. The story template's ## Open Questions points there rather than restating it. An undecided domain relation was the second adopter's plan defect; this gives it a line somebody reads.
Changed
The README and the documentation site name beyond10x/agentplugins and its install page as the source of the Claude Code and Codex plugins, with the /plugin marketplace add beyond10x/agentplugins then /plugin install aep-planning@beyond10x form. The 2026-09-01 split removed this repository's marketplace manifest; an adopter following the 0.14.0 instruction added a marketplace source that no longer exists.
