Initial private Devcenter release: multi-crate Rust BFF shell, embedded application/docs/OpenAPI, fail-closed MCP authentication boundary, deployment CLI, private multi-architecture server/tool OCI images with SBOM and provenance, and the configuration-neutral Helm chart. Local gates and live HTTP probes passed. GitHub Actions runner allocation is blocked by the organization billing limit, so this manual release is not keyless-signed; the checked-in release workflow will sign subsequent artifacts once hosted runners are available.
