Bug Fixes

• Cross-repo child creation (t1117): You can now create a child task in a linked project by combining --project and --parent, and project-routed creation returns an absolute path to the new task.
• Inapplicable board footer actions hidden (t1112): The board no longer offers footer actions (Commit, Pick, Brainstorm, Cross-repo, Toggle Children, etc.) that don't apply to the current selection or focus.

Improvements

• Shadow implementation review (t1119): The shadow companion can now critically interrogate a finished implementation — reviewing the task, plan, and real diff against the final notes — as a new adversarial review mode alongside its planning-stage checks.
