Migration reliability fix

  • Clears incompatible saved migration progress before it can auto-submit or perform expensive continuation work.
  • Restores a fresh count of posts and legacy shortcode/block instances after upgrading.
  • Keeps replacement work restricted to the exact post IDs found during detection, in resumable 20-post batches.
  • Adds a Restart Migration Detection control for clearing a stuck batch without deleting migrated data or rollback backups.

Install 3.0.5, then reload Tables & Charts > Migration once. The old zero-count progress state will be discarded and the remaining matching posts will be counted again.
