This helps users understand the legal terms for using, fine-tuning, or deploying each model, and ensures compliance with upstream license requirements. Additionally, it clarifies some documentation links.

The most important changes are:

License and Commercial-Use Information:

• Added new columns to the model feature tables in both README.md and documentation/QUICKSTART.es.md to specify the license type and whether commercial use is allowed for each model, with links to the relevant license texts. [1] [2]
• Included detailed footnotes explaining the conditions and restrictions on commercial use for specific models and licenses. [1] [2]

Documentation Enhancements:

• Added explanatory notes about the scope of commercial-use rights (covering model weights, derivatives, fine-tunes, and hosted use) and the need to check license texts for generated output rights. [1] [2]

Minor Fixes:
