Move the tool to its own folders to avoid conflict with version 1.7.2

The default installation folder is c:\program files (x86)\MQ Explorer Plus
The user settings folder is {userprofile}\appdata\MQ Explorer Plus
The shortcut menu entry in inside the folder "MQ Explorer Plus" (C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\MQ Explorer Plus)
