A local-first reconciliation workbench with a native review queue and an automatable CLI.
- Atomic bank/ledger CSV imports with stable identities, file receipts, and row lineage.
- Exact, date-constrained and reference-backed batch proposals; competing candidates remain visible.
- Explicit human acceptance/rejection, conflict-safe SQLite allocations, persistent decisions, and hash-linked audit evidence.
- JSON evidence exports, formula-safe CSV, synthetic examples, design documentation, and reproducible benchmark instructions.
- 47 tests: 42 core tests across Linux, macOS, and Windows on Python 3.11/3.13; five real Tk workflow tests under Linux Xvfb and locally on macOS. All eight CI jobs passed for this release commit.
- Installed-wheel smoke test and extracted-source verification passed. The source ZIP reproduces byte-for-byte when rebuilt from its own contents.
Requires Python 3.11+. Desktop use additionally requires Tkinter. The source ZIP contains the examples and documentation; the wheel installs the CLI. No new notarized executable is included. Historical calculator ZIPs remain unchanged.
This is an independent portfolio/hobby project using synthetic public fixtures, not an accounting system of record. No bank posting, automatic approval, authenticated reviewer identity, or compliance certification is claimed. Decisions cannot be reversed in this version. Existing CC BY-NC 4.0 license retained.
