Summary

prepare Mini EQ 0.7.3 patch release metadata and notes
require pipewire-gobject 0.3.6 and pin the local Flatpak manifest to the released tag
replace Mini EQ PipeWire startup/routing sleep loops with Pwg sync/event waits and fix the live UI smoke selector

Validation

ruff check .
ruff format --check .
pytest -q with local Pwg 0.3.6 overrides
tools/run_release_preflight_container.sh
tools/check_live_ui_runtime.py --timeout 60 --cycles 1 with local Pwg 0.3.6 overrides
