Clearer answer when a license can't be verified

tokn license status could print verify: ok and, on the very next line,
reason: the installed license could not be verified. It now shows the actual
reason a license was rejected, so a bad or corrupted license file tells you what
is wrong instead of contradicting itself.

Nothing about which features you have changes. The community tier is free
forever, and TOKN still falls back to it rather than refusing to run.
