TOKN v0.3.8

A maintenance release. Fixes a bug that could make delegated-run history
unreadable, and stops a recurring "blocked by your IT administrator" popup on
managed Windows machines.

Fixed

• Delegated-run history (/conduct trajectories) could fail to load. It now
  reads reliably.
• On managed Windows machines, TOKN's SDK conformance checks bypassed your
  organisation's approved Python package index and reached out to the public
  one instead, which corporate security policy blocks. TOKN now respects your
  configured package index and proxy settings.

Install

Download the binary for your platform, rename it to tokn (or tokn.exe on
Windows), and put it on your PATH.
