Lockly v2026.5.13

First CalVer release for Lockly (per the fleet-wide convention adopted on 2026-05-13). User-facing change: the lockly-card now has header tabs to filter disabled slots so you can hide the noise. Under the hood: AGENTS.md added as the canonical agent guide, dependency management migrated from Dependabot to Renovate, and the release-tag convention switched from SemVer to CalVer.
