The strategic 3.0.0 release. Five new packages close the loop on the doctrine: if Claude Code / Codex / Cursor get banned, CircleAI is what we have left.

  • CircleAI.DevTools — the cornerstone: ICodeEditor + IInlineSuggester + IAgentShell + IPatchPlanner + IRefactorTool. The contract surface a Geek-Network IDE / agent shell binds to.

All 41 packages at 3.0.0. 174 total contract-surface tests across the 2.x → 3.0 line. Pure-additive over 2.9.0; no breaking changes for upgrading consumers. The SemVer major bump signals the doctrine shift from 'mobile runtime' to 'complete sovereign AI stack.'
