Roadmap

This page records work the source repository describes as future or conditional. It is not a promise that any item has started or will ship.

Work explicitly identified in the repository

  • Expand the benchmark around narrow resonance regions. The current strategy comparison is one adaptive win, two losses, and fifteen equal or unresolved entries. The results README names additional resonance-shaped entries as the next experiment needed to test whether that advantage generalises.
  • External execution adapters. The campaign now accepts an Executor through its Rust API, but the repository does not yet ship a packaged adapter or foreign-program command. The seam is groundwork, not a finished integration path.
  • Hand-written x86-64 kernels. The README makes these conditional on demonstrating a measured advantage over compiler output; no such kernels are currently implemented.
  • CUDA backend. The README defers this because the build environment used for the project has no NVIDIA device on which to compile and measure it. It does not present the backend as available.
  • Julia reference implementations. Listed as future work, not current dependencies or execution paths.
  • Literature review before novelty claims. The repository says this must precede any claim that the combination is novel. The current benchmark is not evidence of novelty.

How to read this page

Current behavior is described in Architecture, measured outcomes in Experiments & Results, and demonstrated scope limits in Limitations. A roadmap item becomes current only when the implementation and repository documentation support that change.
