This PR makes SMS permissions opt-in by default, providing cleaner app permissions for users who don't need SMS auto-read functionality.

• SMS permissions are now opt-in - No SMS permissions added by default
• Users must explicitly enable SMS features with: OtpVerify_enableSmsFeatures = true
• Cleaner app permissions for users not using SMS auto-read
• Added SMS_SETUP.md guide for enabling SMS features
• Split Android manifests: main (no permissions) + sms (with permissions)

🔧 Technical Implementation

• Main manifest (android/src/main/AndroidManifest.xml) - No permissions
• SMS manifest (android/src/sms/AndroidManifest.xml) - SMS-specific permissions
• Gradle conditionally merges SMS manifest only when OtpVerify_enableSmsFeatures = true

📖 Documentation

• Updated README with opt-in instructions
• Created SMS_SETUP.md with detailed setup guide
• Clear examples of when to enable SMS features

🚀 For Users

Default Behavior (No Configuration)

Works perfectly with:

• ✅ Manual OTP entry
• ✅ Clipboard auto-fill

• ❌ SMS Retriever API (not included)

Add to android/build.gradle:

🔄 Migration for Existing Users

Users currently using SMS features need to add one line to their gradle config. See SMS_SETUP.md for details.
