share one Git object pool through alternates
gitx.linkMode is removed. gitx hardlinks object files
when the store and checkout share a filesystem and copies them
otherwise. doctor no longer reports reflink support.
GITX_DISABLE and the gitx.enabled Git setting are no
longer read. Call git directly to bypass the store.
gitx __opencli and gitx --opencli are removed and now
forward to Git. Use gitx docgen to write the OpenCLI document.
