• Internal maintenance release — no functional change to the plugin. CI and the release
  pipeline: the four GitHub Actions moved off the deprecated Node 20 runtime and now pin to an
  exact commit rather than a movable version tag, with a new Dependabot config keeping those pins
  current; ci.yml now runs all six probe scripts on every push instead of one of six; and
  release.yml now fails before publishing instead of creating an empty-bodied GitHub Release
  when a tag has no matching CHANGELOG section.
