Sync & reliability

• Unsend works even when the client only had a provisional id (plain fallback to server)
• Remote edits apply with old text hints (identical messages / late bind)
• Login snapshot of recent chat ids for players who join mid-session
• Server rate limits + action-bar errors (not found, rate limit, …)
