Closes dependabot alerts #4, #5, #128. Partially addresses #34. Direct devDependency in apps/vscode/editor, apps/vscode/extension, and scripts bumped from ^0.18.4 (resolved to 0.18.20) to ^0.25.0 (resolved to 0.25.12). Root overrides entry added for esbuild >=0.25.0. Only serve() changed in esbuild 0.25.0; this codebase uses only build()/buildSync()/context() which are unchanged. Transitive esbuild instances (tsx, vite, @remix-run/dev, lazyrepo) are Yarn-pinned by third-party packages and use esbuild only as a bundler — serve() is never invoked through those paths.
