@github-actions github-actions released this 16 Oct 08:32

The first release.

Praise

  • "I've got a win!": write down anything you did, say how big it felt (tiny, solid or huge), and get praised for it. The confetti, the glow and the vibration grow with the win.
  • A praise of the day every morning, on the home screen, in a notification and in a home-screen widget. Keep the ones you like, ask for another, share them.
  • Five voices to choose from: a warm friend, a granny, a sports commentator, a wise mentor and a butler. Each has its own words for every size of win, for hard moments and for the evening.
  • Quick ideas for wins in seven areas: home, body, work, mind, people, courage and self-care.

The jar

  • Every win drops into a glass jar as a coloured stone, one jar per month. Tilt or shake the phone and the stones roll; tap one to remember the win and what was said about it.
  • A list of the month's wins by day, filtered by area. Edit or delete any win, or move it to another day.

Hard moments

  • "I feel bad": a dark, quiet room with drifting sparkles, the voice's kindest words one by one, a soft heartbeat and a breathing circle.
  • The self-criticism translator: write the harsh thing your inner critic says, and Glow names the thinking trap (all-or-nothing, name-calling, comparing, shoulds, catastrophising and more) and offers a kinder way to say it. Works fully offline.
  • Kind words: keep the nice things people say, with an optional screenshot, and read them one at a time in shuffle mode.

Evening and progress

  • The evening of pride: three things you're proud of today, collected in a pride diary.
  • Days in a row with wins, a streak that never burns out.
  • A weekly report on how great you are, with a chart, your strongest area, your best day and the huge wins, shareable as a picture.
  • 16 orders with three degrees each, from the Order of Small Things to the Order of Quiet Courage, with a certificate of honour to share.

Everything else

  • English and Russian. In Russian, Glow asks whether to speak to you in the masculine or the feminine, so there is no "(а)" anywhere.
  • Morning, evening and Sunday reminders, light and dark themes, a JSON backup with screenshots included.
  • No account, no ads, no internet access.
