Prism v1.0.0

The first release.

Spheres and roles

• The core: three to five values that stay the same in every role.
• 22 spheres of life, from home and work to conflict, hard times and life online. You can add your own with a name, an icon and a colour, rename the preset ones and remove any of them.
• A library of 71 good roles, at least three per sphere. Each comes with qualities, a voice, three things it does and two it never does, a posture, a motto, a daily practice and seven act tasks. Add one in a tap, then rewrite it in your own words.
• 18 shadows (the Prosecutor, the Sulking Teen, the Workaholic, the Endless Feed and more), each with what sets it off, what it's protecting, what's really needed, early signs and the role that answers it. "Noticed it just now" logs a sighting.
• Write your own roles and shadows from scratch.
• Cuts: a role grows from Sketch to Facet, Polished and Brilliant as you play it well.

Practices

• Morning fitting: the role that leads today and one intention.
• Threshold: a guided minute of breathing out the last scene and stepping into the next role, plus thresholds on a schedule.
• Evening review: the roles you played, how close you came, how it felt and which shadow showed up. Also a quick rating right after a scene.
• The Mountain: stop, 4-7-8 breathing, grounding, a line to step out with dignity, and the role to come back as.
• Rehearsal for a hard conversation, with a guided walk-through and how it went afterwards.
• Council of roles: each role speaks, then the core decides.
• Written practices: a letter from a role, through their eyes, the speech at eighty, meeting a shadow, borrowed light.
• Anchor: a gesture, a word and a memory tied to a role.
• Acts of 7, 14 or 21 days with a small task every day.

Every day

• This week's prism: one coloured ray per role, wide when you played it often and bright when you came close.
• A journal with the prism over 7, 30 or 90 days, the balance of spheres, what charges and what drains you, shadow counts, cuts and the full history.
• A home-screen widget with today's role, and reminders for the morning choice, the evening review and scheduled thresholds.
• English and Russian, with the right grammatical gender in Russian. Graphite and paper themes, a JSON backup. No account, no ads, no internet access.
