Silverbox v1.3.0
- Dark theme, the darkroom: warm near-black, black album pages with white-pen captions; prints and the lab's labels stay paper. Settings → Appearance: as the system, photo shop or darkroom.
- One tap on Shoot is one trip to the camera: what it took goes on the film when you come back, and the trip ends there. Pictures taken later with the camera on its own are never loaded or moved to the bin.
- Picking a film no longer flashes a grey box behind it.
- The film's tongue on the cartridge is lighter, so it reads on the dark theme, and its holes stay inside it.
Silverbox v1.2.0
- Settings → Originals: a developed print can be turned to the picture the camera took, whole and before the lab.
- "Back to the gallery" copies the originals of developed rolls and cassettes, untouched, into Pictures/Silverbox, on the day they were taken; a second run skips what is already there.
Silverbox v1.1.0
- Reminders to take a picture, 1 to 5 a day (or off) inside a window you choose, each with something worth a frame and a "Shoot" button that opens the camera. Quiet if you shot something in the last hour and a half.
- The projector is softer and quieter, and stays off once muted.
Silverbox v1.0.0
- First release: rolls of film shot with the phone's own camera, the lab (a day, or an hour once a week), envelopes of prints, the album, the shoebox and the shelf with contact sheets and negatives.
- Five photo films and two 8 mm cassettes; prints developed on the phone with grain, halation, light leaks, the cut last frame, expired film and the orange date stamp.
- 8 mm home movies cut by the lab: three seconds a clip, 18 fps, intertitles, dust and flicker, with a projector to watch them on.
- Writing on the backs of prints, "on this day", a shot list for each roll, backup to one zip.
- English and Russian.
