chore: bump Bamboo modular config pointer (#597)

Summary

• advance the Bamboo submodule to the merged Bamboo #597 / PR #631 implementation
• include the modular live ConfigFacade, revisioned section stores, atomic persistence, credential isolation, watcher recovery, typed APIs, and runtime last-known-good handling
• preserve both approval chains: ordinary child commands inherit bypass, while dangerous forced-ask commands route only to the parent-agent automatic reviewer

Test Plan
