v0.2.5 - Database Path Consistency Fix

Fixed

  • Database path consistency: and now default to when no path is specified
  • Updated to accept for parameter
  • Updated to accept for parameter
  • Fixed API to use the same database path as CLI

Testing

  • Added 8 new tests for database path defaults and integration
  • All 32 db tests pass
  • Verified CLI doctor command works with consistent database path

Impact

This fixes the issue where the API server couldn't see the data from CLI analysis because they were using different database paths. The API will now correctly read from the same database as the CLI commands.
